This is the best and most comfortable elbow and knee pad I've ever worn. They have belts that actually work for several weeks before duck tape becomes necessary. They're also relatively comfortable, meaning they can be worn for a few hours before wearers start to hurt. Keep this tape and a box of OB swabs to plug these holes.
