So beautiful. i want them all Looks like I'm working on this as I've been buying DII products for years. haha! They are my favourites. When these beautiful cotton towels caught my eye, I had to buy them. I have the TWO in Sunflower set, which is done entirely in rich, deep shades of orange. Two identical towels. Sunflower pattern in the center with stripes on the sides. Very pretty. Love me a little orange :) 18" x 28" These are 100% cotton and while they can shrink a little in hot water, they don't really shrink in the tumble dryer. I usually take before and after photos and they are almost the same size every time. As with any cotton kitchen towel, the MORE it is washed, the more absorbent and softer it becomes. Straight out of the box, towels tend to be a bit firm and not as absorbent. This is the usual way of using cotton kitchen towels. I usually hang a towel to dry my hands (there's a loop in the back for hanging on a hook!). Sometimes as a quick counter wipe or as a freshly washed plate or cup. Sometimes I leave one neatly folded on the counter. They make excellent packaging for buns, bread - put in a basket, throw buns there, wrap. Can even be added to a fresh loaf of bread. It turns out a beautiful "gift box". DII has been around for a long time and I've never had a towel (or anything) which was disappointing. I liked some patterns, textures, materials more than others, but I was never disappointed. I strongly recommend DII products. 100% cotton, machine washable; Wash in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry low; DO NOT bleach or tumble dry.
