The flexibility of being able to set up our own system with customizations that fit us perfectly without needing an expensive consultant or software developer. I don't like having to pay for the service each year as it would be nice if there was some sort of subscription model where you could get this type of functionality free from any monthly fees. We have been able to take over all back office functions related to procurement processes which has allowed us to focus solely on managing our front end eCommerce site.
