Review on Powerful NuTone 23405Ser Ventilation Fan Motor for Optimal Air Flow by Major Callaham

For my order of 04/08/2014 the seller sent a different item than described and pictured. Instead of the original Nutone/Broan 2450 motor, a cheap after-market replacement (Packard?) came in a Nutone box. When I requested a refund they immediately apologized and explained that they had run out of original engines and should not have sent a replacement without permission. They immediately refunded the money and, unbeknownst to me, told me not to worry about packing and shipping the return. Based on their response I would try the seller again. But not an aftermarket replacement engine. I've tried it and it's louder than the old Nutone with the worn out bearings I'm trying to replace.
