The best thing about this software it's ease of use for our developers who are used only to command line tools like git pull requests etc! It also allows us as testers (who primarily prefer GUI) easy task management by providing an interface which helps track tasks easily so we can see what they're doing at any time from anywhere via browser!! We have been able solve issues such as creating test cases quickly without having them manually create tests themselves within their IDE but still be notified when changes happen through email alerts plus being alerted if there were errors found during build process - all very useful features not available elsewhere yet affordable too.
