Pros: Easy setup. The app found my camera via WiFi. Additional devices could easily be added. Fired up right away. Picture is great at night with porch light, not so good during day, my porch creates backlight and so people on my porch are a bit obscured when they approach. The motion detection is almost perfect. Cars and people on the sidewalk don't call him. The wind doesn't work, despite my swinging feeders and chimes. But even a small squirrel barely within reach will activate it, the critters will be there and you won't be able to get onto the porch without activating it. Sometimes big garbage trucks drive it on dark mornings but not in the afternoon. It seems to hold a second or two in the buffer because I often get video with no motion in the opening frames and then the object appears. Good time. You can set how many videos you get after the trigger. The solar panel has a 13 foot cable and keeps the battery at or near 100% even in Oregon in January, so I'm very glad I don't have to change batteries or fiddle with charging. , or buy a spare part. Toss: Beeps sometimes come when I pick up the phone, but before unlocking I sometimes hear them through the lock screen without touching the phone. I installed the latest. There should be sound alerts through the lock screen without touching the phone. The outdoor daytime sharpness is good, but not outstanding. Night vision is pretty good, clear black and white picture with no light! Sometimes I have to double tap the sound icon to hear the sound, no big deal. The speaker is very weak, people can't hear me well, but it works and will do its job. The microphone is good, I like the sound I hear. From time to time it takes a few attempts to connect the application to the camera. It works remotely from out of town, again, it took a few tries but it connected and I was able to get old videos. Cons: I'm having a hard time getting my PC client to show the camera and video. Help didn't help much, but I'm working on it. Works great on my Apple and Android mobile devices, works on a Mac laptop. Overall I like this product. I wish it was smaller but it's so easy and quick to get going and works pretty well as advertised. I'm thinking of buying another one, placeholder for use indoors, outdoors, move. I wish there was a way to post a direct internet link. UPDATE: The only thing I don't like about this camera is the delay between triggering and my audible alarm. A few minutes sometimes on my Android, better on an iPad, but I don't carry it around. Otherwise I like it!
