They are quick to respond with any questions you may have regarding their services (I've never had one!). There's nothing I can think of that is bad about them as far as hosting goes! Their customer service has been great so we don't ever feel like they're not listening or working hard for us when something comes up - it always gets taken care right away!! We love how easy MT makes managing our website from anywhere in world possible since all my content lives online 24/7.
