Nothing works on this unit which is confusing because all the other reviews are so positive. I've tried all four probes in various combinations with all four connectors and none of them gave a reading. Every once in a while one of the sensors will read 572˚, which is the maximum temperature the unit can read - obviously unrelated to the turkey patties in my oven or anything else outside of the unit - and the thermometer will sound an alarm. It's not clear how strong the pins of the S/W probes and connectors are, as the probes fall off easily (although I tested by applying pressure to hold them together and that didn't help). The app doesn't work either. Once the thermometer is connected to my phone, I see four sensors as expected, but when I click on one of them to interact with it, nothing happens. I can't do anything in the app except toggle between F˚ and C˚ and connect and disconnect. I really hope I was just unlucky and received a defective unit that Chileaf can replace quickly and easily; Otherwise it will be one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made.
