This is smaller than it looks--I was hoping to put my belts in it instead of the belt organizer that I have since those don't have a lid, but these compartments aren't big enough. That's on me since I didn't pay careful attention to the dimensions. I'm sure I could have found another use for it, however, when I was taking it out of the package, it slipped out of my hand and fell maybe 3 inches onto the counter. The bottom of the box is what hit the counter, but one of the hinges on the top of the box broke, sadly. It can still be used, but it's not as functional as it should be. and that's the reason for lower star rating.
