Brewing beer and making CHICKEN BROTH!
I bought this for brewing beer, but I have found that it is great for making chicken broth. Fill a pot with water, insert the bag with all ingredients inside and cook for any length of time - then just pull the bag out and you have clear broth.
- Sturdy, reusable filter bags. Very nice material.
- The bags can be less efficient than other brewing methods
