Ordered a copper colored wrist rest to relieve wrist and thumb pain. Unfortunately, although I measured my wrist correctly, the sleeve was too small (I have long arms). Contacted Beth at CopperJoint who immediately sent a replacement for a larger size which fits perfectly. I've been wearing the wrist sleeve for a few weeks now and it helps a lot with pain and support for my wrist. The quality of the case is excellent and I can see that it will last quite a long time.
