My friend recently introduced me to the Pampered Chef version of this kitchen utensil and I was amazed I had never seen a utensil like this! I thought I had all the good cooking equipment but that kind of pointed to me! Lol I would highly recommend this meat grinder tool. It "cuts" your food evenly and into small enough pieces without making them too small to crumble. I also found that with repeated use, breaking the meat into smaller, even pieces from the start of cooking actually speeded up the cooking time and cooked the food more evenly! victory in everything! This is ideal for alternative applications such as chopping berries or vegetables such as tomatoes. Workmanship and materials are of good quality. It's research and doesn't feel too easy. It can withstand a beating. So far it has been very heat resistant. The best part is that it is very affordable. While I love Pampered Chef, this cookware is priced at $7 less. Compared to my friends Pampered Chef, I see no difference other than the name! Everyone needs one in the kitchen!
