A healthier lifestyle led me to this brand. As long as I like it My hair stays clean and non-greasy, no split ends but soft for at least 5 days. I have long and thick hair but I don't need much of this product. It just needs to be massaged well for you to benefit equally in everything. It doesn't have to be super fluffy, which is good. It takes time for the scalp to get used to going several days without washing (before daily soap). But over the course of training, being able to walk for almost a week is heaven and so much better for my hair and health. I love this product and will order again.
