Glad we got these spoons as they are soft and gentle on my baby. At 6 months we start eating rice cereal and baby food and these spoons do it. There's nothing special about them but they do the job and my kid takes food from them so I'm happy with the purchase. They are much softer than plastic. Also they are quite big which is good for my husband. They're also easy for my baby to hold, so once we switch to self-feeding, we don't have to buy more spoons. 4 packs is also an ideal amount. I don't feel like I need to buy more. Haven't had any staining issues as we haven't tried orange products but green ones have not stained. I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy them. The only thing is the price. They are a little pricey for baby spoons but I would say the quality is there so can't complain. Also, the ones I received had no defects (I've seen some people get defective ones, but mine were fine).
