Keyboard and mouse are not recognized when KVM is connected.
I bought this switch to control 2 computers and 2 monitors with ONE keyboard and ONE mouse. I couldn't use KVM with keyboard and mouse, although switching between computer and monitor works. I have tried the device with both wireless and wired mouse. Both computers work with direct keyboard and mouse. We are grateful for any help.
