I got the USB version and I like it a lot. I installed the microphone module on the side of the center console and attached the remote control directly in front of the center console with Velcro so that it points to the IR receiver. They've lasted me for at least a couple of years and my only complaint is that the straps I put in the back have come loose a couple of times. I just used 3M industrial double sided adhesive to reattach them and so far I've had no problems with it. My guess is that they only fell because they were kicked by careless passengers in the back seat. There were no such problems with the front ones, which are out of reach for my legs. They work great and are very bright. A very important feature for me is the ability to dim them. Color fades, looks really good and even the sound active mode works well. I just can't believe how cheap they are. I don't understand why most people don't have them.
