Review on Lush Decor Rosalie Curtains Farmhouse by Joseph Harkins

On the plus side we have a house from the 1880's and these curtains look like they've been around since time immemorial. They fit in perfectly. The downside is that white is a dull shade. Not bright white. Not bright white. It's like they've gotten dirtier with washing over the years. They look good on my white walls, but I just don't like them. I also quickly washed them right out of the box to smooth out the fold lines to give them a slightly more lived-in look (instead of a pressed look). ), and since I was hoping they shrunk a bit to fit the length I wanted. I guess I could wash them again with strong bleach to brighten them up. Eventually I skipped the rod pocket (I folded it) and used clamps because I wanted them to work, move and look a little different. But overall the quality is good and the cotton is very heavy.
