Very light, easily adjustable torso and waist, fits all but the largest/smallest frames. A zippered pocket comes in handy, and a large reflective front panel hides items inside from prying eyes. On the back, the reflective surface is much smaller than on the front; I think it's more efficient to have more in the back than in the front since you're looking at oncoming lights you need to see before they see you and your hands are likely to block some of that area from the front. There's more space in the back and it's more important to be seen from the blind side. Also a pair of reflectors on the shoulder/back make you more recognizable as a person from a distance.
