I waited a bit to write a review because I wanted to use the product a little to give an honest review. I've used this many times over many days in a row and then switched to a work day and a day off. It helped me learn to maintain my posture on my own and relieved my back pain. It is very easy to wear under everyday clothes and easy to adjust. I wouldn't say it's necessarily comfortable, but then again, I don't know if any of these products are supposed to be totally comfortable. It's not uncomfortable, but it won't be very comfortable to wear for many hours at a time. It will keep your posture correct without hurting you. I recommend this product.
