Review on GEDORE R61003114 Socket Hexagon Size10 32Mm by Jeff Langford

This socket is very attractive due to its matte finish on the drive end and polished drive end. When I first saw it I knew they were the outlets for me. They also have a grooved part in the middle, which makes them easier to grab. The image on the product page is self explanatory so use the zoom as it shows what they look like up close. This is a set of 14 in the following sizes: 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 30 and 32mm. There are some omissions, but the most commonly used metric sizes are present. These are 1/2" hex nuts; hex means they're hexagonal, not dodecahedral (two-sided). They're 77mm long, which is about 3 inches, and they're considered "long" heads. Gedore Red makes them also a short head that is about half the length As this set does not include a 1/2" ratchet, it is the perfect complement to the 100 piece Gedore Red 1/4" + 1/2" ratchet set ( R46003100) which includes a 1/2" ratchet and short hex nuts share the same design. Purchasing both sets gives you a comprehensive set of metric tools that are both portable and affordable. I am very pleased that these two sets work together.
