Too big for a small dog.
The product is very beautiful and very well finished. It's amazing but I ordered XS for my 4lb 9 year old Maltese. I set it to a small value and it fits her neck perfectly, but the collar is too wide and the flower is too big for her neck. She couldn't even turn her head. That would be fine for a 10 lb puppy but not really small dogs.
