Review on Edmunds Split Scroll Frame 24 Inch by Gelin Battle

I bought this to work on small projects that would be overwhelmed by a standard size frame. It was easy to assemble and fits snugly so the bars don't slip. The nuts and bolts are also of decent quality and will last a long time. However, when I took it out of the box I found that it was completely rough, like it had just been cut with a circular saw. This was totally unsuitable for any thin thread because it would severely snag anything it came in contact with. It took several hours of grinding to get it to a state I would consider usable. Everything will be fine now, but anyone who buys one of these should expect to do the finishing work themselves.
