I just LOVE this product! I started cooking during Covid19 and ISOLATION as I call it. But with social distancing and all the shipping apps, I realized (by looking at my bank statement) that we had ordered a whopping $173! And it's just ridiculous to see SPECIALLY in that statement the cost of food, FOOD, was only about $150 so I decided it was time to cook! And I LOVE fresh herbs, veggies etc. The ONLY issue I had was trying to grate the cinnamon stick but then again I've been feeling nauseous lately and having some grip issues, not to mention you must be Hercules to use this product but other than that I LOVE how the handle/grip is GOOD and sturdy. The grip is very strong, the materials are top notch. I especially like that it has a tray to catch and hold anything you grate or grate because it doesn't leave a mess on the bowl or counter and also helps reduce clutter and waste of product or whatever to reduce. with a grater. It stores ALL the food, herbs, etc. in one place, meaning you can rest assured that the item you are using is measuring correctly. You don't lose anything, which you have to try and measure to the best of your ability, and you don't have to worry about scratching like other kitchen utensils that hold your product, in other words, you don't have to worry about when you've had enough or need to add more to your recipe, it's as simple as attaching and detaching the drip tray underneath and pouring straight into a bowl or dish. I LOVE how the handle feels, it's very soft if a bit, I don't want to say HEAVY but it's light in weight. You really do NOT have to press hard when using it because the little ridges are so sharp, so AGAIN: be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when washing, I just use some Dawn in my hands and wash thoroughly, pen and all. Cleaning is VERY quick and easy and the nozzle is VERY easy to clean. Make sure you wash after each use and I use a paper towel to pat dry before putting in the dish drawer. It actually has a 100% LIFETIME GUARANTEE which is GREAT! If something happens to it you can contact the company and they will give you the choice to get a refund or just send you a new replacement while they CANNOT replace or refund depending on what happened for example : do NOT put it in the yard when the grass is being mowed, because this is NOT a kitchen accident, just normal wear and tear that kitchen utensils can and will experience. DO NOT allow children or dogs to play or chew on it.
