Excellent. I used them to close the diastema gap again after doing a bridgework to replace the fin (missing two teeth next to my front teeth). I could no longer wear a retainer and my dentist removed my permanent retainer. So the distance is a bit behind. About 2mm. I also moved all 6 front teeth together and eliminated significant gaps. A few months passed from start to finish. I changed them every night and morning so I wouldn't lose them in my gums (don't know how that boy managed that). It hurt a little as my teeth moved and it lasted just over a month. the progress stopped for a while before my front teeth made the final pull and finally closed. I wore them every day and night except to eat.
