If you're looking for a low calorie protein powder that's high in protein and iron to add to your morning smoothie, look no further! It keeps me feeling full all morning until lunch and I don't even think about snacking. I usually add some nut butter and milk for a more "creamy" flavor. I also let it sit for about 30 minutes before drinking as it has a slightly grainy texture on its own. Since there are only 110 calories in a scoop, I don't worry about adding extra ingredients.
