These nursing pads absorb moisture well, but are not as flexible as Lansinoh pads. If you are looking for a firmer, more like a breast pad, order this one. If you want something more malleable and flexible, don't order them. You'd better take Target brand or Lansinoh. As they went about their work, I noticed that on some outfits (with a nursing bra) you could see the chunky padding. I'm not a strong licker but I wanted something that offered some absorbency but wasn't too bulky and that didn't help.
