If you are a backend developer and plan to use tools such as Pycharm, Docker, Slack, or Skype, then you can safely take it for yourself. I don't know what else to say. It is impossible to prevent the occurrence of the concept that in three to four months you will still want a laptop with sixteen gigabytes of random access memory (RAM). Even while it is possible to live and function with only 8 GB, there will be times when you have the impression that you have loaded it up to its maximum capacity.
