I bought these diffuser plates to use with mini 7 inch tajines I brought from Morocco. Since you can't put this clay pot directly on the stove, you'll need a diffuser. They did a great job of cooking the food evenly and the size was fantastic. I hand washed them. Please note that they are slightly discolored after use. The flame will change color slightly. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase
