Loud fan, user interface could be better

$300 device User interface could be better. There are bugs in the VLAN UI and you may get blocked accidentally. It was written on the box without a fan, and the unit clearly had a fan, which is odd. I was fine with the fan, but it made crackling noises that were annoying in a quiet room.
