This is not what they represent. First, it's dangerous. Do not buy! The seller claims it is IP7 BUT the instructions say it is IPX5. This is only resistant to "splashes". Another false and misleading claim is that it can be used for 2 hours. The instructions clearly state that it takes 2.5 hours to charge, but only an hour when fully charged. To top it off, does the remote control use a 12V 23A battery? I can't return it so I'm putting all the negatives in this review so no one else gets ripped off or hurt trying to use this as you are an IP7 rated product!
