Review on Leather Vintage Crossbody Messenger Satchel by Jacqueline Lewis

First this bag had such a strong smell that it had to be aired for a month before I could use it, then when I finally tried to use the bag the metal clasp that goes through the metal hole came out, to keep the wallet closed, broke in half! Now the wallet is completely useless and will not stay closed. Unfortunately, as I had to air it out for a month before using it, the 30-day return period has expired. I contacted the seller to let them know about this issue but they didn't reply. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
