This is a beautiful product with good capacity, a spectacular bowl shape and a nice thick pestle. I was able to grind a tablespoon of black peppercorns into a fine powder and they didn't fly out of the bowl in about a minute. The included non-slip bottom pad is perfect and it's great that they provided an extra one. The included garlic peeler works too. Simply cut off the small end of the stem from the clove first. The accompanying brochure clearly explains the seasoning and cleaning processes.
