I liked this product first. It is smooth. It was efficient and compact, and held a charge for about a week. I really loved it. Unfortunately after 2 months it just stopped loading. No matter how I wiggle the charging cable it just won't charge making it USEFUL in under 3 months and certainly too late to send back. This is so annoying so shame on Revain for not endorsing what they are selling and shame on the manufacturer for selling a bad product. ENTIRE WASTE OF MONEY.
