Great idea, but the connections are a bit fiddly.
I like this monitor and it seems to work well. There are two things I have trouble with. Firstly, this is an odd arrangement of inputs and whatnot, especially when there are no cables at 90 degree angles. I'll probably find a way to use this because I have it. Also, at least on my RPi, the screen output is upside down. Even if the legs are on the same side of the device, the image is upside down.
