I decided to treat myself for the New Year with a smartphone with a good camera. Before that, I used Highscreen Power Five Max (I decided to experiment with a little-known brand), before it Samsung S5, before that S4 Mini. I began to look at camera phones, out of all the wealth of choice, there were several options left: 1) The iPhone has disappeared for a number of reasons (no 2 sim, restrictions on copying and dropping information, well, personal negativity towards apple, which must be discussed separately). 2) Samsung S7 Edge: only 32GB of memory (I use 2 sim, so there is nowhere to put a flash drive). The second reason is that my wife bought one a week ago, also as a gift for the New Year, I didn’t want 2 identical phones in the family. 3) HTC U11 is a wonderful device, I almost bought it, but some distrust of the brand won. Maybe in vain. 4) Samsung S8 - appearance and tactile sensations have taken their toll. Received: Great camera and stylish look. All sorts of chips, such as an iris scanner and a face, which I quickly played enough. In terms of performance: I don’t play games, so I can’t rate it. The Internet, all instant messengers, antivirus are constantly on. Nothing slows down. I can say that the speed of work in the described applications is absolutely no different from the Highscreen Power Five Max, which I used for almost a year before. The screen is awesome! Also no question. Although, by default, the settings are medium resolution, the difference with the maximum is not noticeable. Water protection is super, although I have not tested it yet :). Charging is now in my family alone, not micro-usb, which is sometimes annoying. The battery life is a definite loss to my previous Highscreen with a 5000 battery. Conclusion: in fact, I paid 2.5 times more for this phone compared to the previous one, only for the camera and the show-off appearance. Is it necessary or not? If finances are not stressful, then you can treat yourself. But borrowing or using the last money this smartphone does not make any sense. It's called "jumping over your head. PS Sometimes WhatsApp slows down. Maybe 2-3 seconds does not respond to pressing after unlocking the screen.
