Review on Silicone Baking Mats Set Professional by John Koch

Although these mats are definitely easy to clean and simple to use. I don't like that the paint rubs off at the edge. I used a blue mat to line the baking sheet I was baking on (instead of parchment paper) at 375F and after washing I noticed the blue color rubbed off my kitchen towel. I wiped it with a white cloth and this is what happened. (See photo) I'm not sure if it's safe to eat anything baked on these rugs. Apparently the colored frames are "painted" and not sealed with silicone? I'll be back and find something safer to bake with.
