Soooo I've never left ratings or reviews but I read them a lot before buying. This product needs a review because it is amazing. I love amino and pre-workouts, but I hate the overstimulated type. I have tried different versions of these two for over 10 years. Some taste good but don't work, and some taste bad but don't do the job. Some of them have too much caffeine and leave your face numb! But this product is amazing. Gives you a boost of energy while walking without getting overly excited from too much caffeine. Fruit punch tastes amazing and works great. Whether you are looking for a pre-workout supplement or just a recovery amino acid supplement, look no further.
