Received a totally different fireplace from other reviews. I purchased the fireplace based on the description and other photos from customer reviews as the photos on the listing were computerized. I got a completely different fireplace than the others. All of the flame color options listed in the description and manual did not work with the fireplace. There was no brick background as stated in the description and photos from other reviewers. The glass doors didn't open, just a solid panel of glass that couldn't be removed, and there was no sliding mantelpiece as seen in other reviewers' photos. The sellers seem to be using reviews for a different model of fireplace, so be aware. The heating worked perfectly. Customer service dealing with this marketplace was a nightmare. I went back and forth and provided several videos and photos regarding receiving a defective item within 2 weeks. I have been told that not all flame colors come with the fireplace, although the manual and description list flame and wood color options. Flame wood base color vs real flame did not always match as not all color options worked as pictured and you can't just turn off the lighting colors and just use heat. They said I would be charged a $48 return shipping fee for the defective item plus a restocking fee once they received the defective item back! They then lied several times and said they were teasing a new replacement which I never received because they never sent a replacement at all! It then changed to "I will be getting a refund that I haven't received yet." Keep in mind if your item has any defects and what the model will look like after purchase.
