I am very satisfied with how well designed this plugin is for small businesses or freelancers. It works like any other blogging platform, but you can customize it to fit almost any design that suits you! The customer support team is always quick to respond and friendly as well. Nothing really comes in mind at this point, since working with them has been such an enjoyable experience so far and they have never disappointed me nor given me reason not to recommend their services. So I guess everything's good here. If you are running off-shore development teams that do work for clients who might be located within multiple countries and would require localized product offerings. Then having access through feedbacks will help everyone communicate effectively about what needs be done next and also make sure there aren't misunderstandings when communicating among different offices/locations. The ease of use, the ability to track progress on tasks, that it's easy to add new clients to our feedbak, and also easy for us as freelancers to update jobs without having to get in touch with each other. We've not ran into anything we dislike so far! In terms of adding a new client onto feedback - there are lots of options to choose from when you're creating an account (such as username/password). Once they have been created, you can then start using them straight away.
