WP FeedBack Review

I am very satisfied with how well designed this plugin is for small businesses or freelancers. It works like any other blogging platform, but you can customize it to fit almost any design that suits you! The customer support team is always quick to respond and friendly as well. Nothing really comes in mind at this point, since working with them has been such an enjoyable experience so far and they have never disappointed me nor given me reason not to recommend their services. I love how easy it makes our work flow with clients, as well as keeping track of what their needs are for each website we build/rebuild using this software! There could be more features added such as allowing users to rate content or services after they have been completed - but that would most likely increase cost per user (as opposed to free). I like that it's an easy tool for managing multiple clients, which gives me peace of mind knowing everything will go smoothly in my absence! I love how easy it was for me as an admin user (not technical) to use this software, especially after reading their documentation! The customer service team couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable - they are always there when you need them! Sometimes emails can take up to 24 hours in response time depending upon location of our office etc., but that's no fault of wpfeedback itself!
