I love how easy it was for me as an admin user (not technical) to use this software, especially after reading their documentation! The customer service team couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable - they are always there when you need them! Sometimes emails can take up to 24 hours in response time depending upon location of our office etc., but that's no fault of wpfeedback itself! My clients LOVE using the app because we get notified immediately if a comment has been left by one of my customers as opposed to just sitting around waiting until someone tells us about something via email. It also helps with keeping track of comments made back so far since each month gets its own folder which makes managing easier than having multiple folders scattered throughout a year worth of posts/comments. Our biggest problem solved here would be getting feedback quickly once posted without going through the manual process of posting them first into another system like google docs then sending notification afterwards.
