The highest quality headphones with good battery life, they last the whole shift. Definitely not a smartwatch, but good for step tracking. But the headphones are surprisingly comfortable and the sound is better than some well-known brands I've bought. I would only recommend headphones. Not thin, but not too thick as I imagined. Ideal for work or the gym. Also give you two chargers just in case with two different size straps. I thought I'd send it back but I'm keeping it. Also, it has a mirror for you when you open it. Too bad there wasn't a magnet or clip to hold them because once you open it they fall out if you don't close it. Which I did but still legally for less than $80.
