Review on Sony WH900N h.ear wireless headphones on 2 Wireless NC by Anastazja Pluta ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

I took it because of the wirelessness and excellent noise reduction (in general, it seemed from the reviews that the noise reduction would work wonders, in fact, it goes on the verge of miracles). I wrote a lot of bad things, but I didn’t regret that I bought it, I don’t think I would have found it better. I did not overpay for a more presentable version - wh1000xm2. I listened to them in the store - I didn’t notice the difference, if there is, then it’s not worth the 8k difference in price. Actually, after a year of wearing, I want to note: Very hot in summer, do not even wear around the neck. Although I think so with any headphones of this type. There was a period (several months) that the sound was interrupted, very strong interference was created despite the fact that the phone was in a pants pocket. Even so - if you put your hand in your pants - the sound stops. Now there seems to be no such problem or it does not often occur. The charge is still pretty decent. Several days of wear without recharging. Playing games on a laptop via bluetooth is unrealistic. Delay up to 2 seconds. This is a huge minus. Despite everything - I recommend these headphones, with them I completely abandoned the plugs. I plan to someday upgrade to the xm1000 version.

Pros
  • Not a pro, but for me - the sound is good. Noise reduction (passive + active) in the Hong Kong metro presses 70% of the noise and in general the noise reduction is very noticeable. Comfortable, an hour and a half trip before school almost does not bother. You put your palm to your right ear - the music becomes almost inaudible, the rest of the sounds are amplified. Touch control is not bad, 95% works as it should.
Cons
  • Throw them up to 12-15k (took for 18k). There is no simultaneous connection to several devices, I often switch between a tablet, a phone and a laptop, it strains the bluetooth to turn it off and on every time. It’s dumb that they pull it off your head, you have to walk in a hood. They turn off if you unplug the cord instead of switching to a bluetooth connection. You can not configure some functions, for example, instead of muting the music when you put your hand on it - you could pause it. Touch control is disabled when the wire is connected (only the function of applying the palm remains).
