Mine was sold from the Revain warehouse. I bought a refurbished one expecting signs of previous ownership. What I received was a brand new monitor with everything in it. Polyethylene film, protective films, factory documentation, fittings, everything. The only difference is that the factory outer box is damaged and repaired with cardboard. As this is a bundled product, the monitor itself and accessories come in their own boxes, all of which look brand new. It looks like the only reason my sample was sold as refurbished is that the outer packaging was damaged. I am very happy with how this purchase has turned out. There is a price for compactness and portability, the discount when buying an upgraded one makes the price much more affordable. As for the monitor itself. All I want is a 17.3 laptop of a known brand, I'm not a high fps gamer. He does what I want.
