Poor Quality Products and Horrible Customer Service Characterize My CHERFLY Experience.

As a seasoned internet shopper, I wanted to see if CHERFLY could meet my expectations for buying clothes and accessories. My dealings with this internet store were really disappointing. To begin with, I was really disappointed with the quality of the items I received. The clothing I received was of poor quality and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The shoes I was sent were really painful to wear and quickly wore out. Within days of wearing it, even the jewelry I bought had begun to degrade. Second, CHERFLY has terrible support for its customers. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they never responded to my complaints about their items. I was able to reach someone, however they were unhelpful and ignored my problems. Overall, I was quite disappointed in CHERFLY, and I would not suggest it to anyone. I feel cheated and extremely unsatisfied with the poor quality products and bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
