This item is a joke. Per the instructions, do not use a drill or screwdriver to turn the SUPPLIED wall panel screws. This is a plate that needs to be screwed into the wooden posts. Again, following the instructions, they show the SCREWS on the relevant diagram and require the use of a socket wrench to drive those SCREWS. The main issue; no screws included. The only thing included in the package are the SCREWS that prevent you from using the socket wrench. Basically, the instructions/diagrams do not match what is included in the kit. Screws are not the same as bolts. Very frustrating. I had to go and buy screws to do this job, a totally unnecessary step.
