The third time is not very nice

I bought a pair a few months ago and they worked great, but then I lost them. I bought another pair about a month ago and right out of the box the volume was very low so I traded them in for a new pair. The new pair worked twice, then I tried them yesterday and only the left earbud worked. Unfortunately I don't have a return period and am stuck with a very disappointing product. DO NOT BUY THESE!
