Quality, yes. Oversized, yes. For reference, I wear a 4-6 top, pear shaped, size 6 bottom. I personally would not buy a size up because this oversized look in my regular size is perfect. Sleeve length is long but the cuffs are about 4 inches and can be rolled. Pouch in front roomy, enough to carry a phone or object as big as your hands. Bottom band is roomy, doesn’t touch my hips or thighs. Length just covers my bottom and front lady parts. (5’4”) Snaps easy but are secure. Stitching looks pretty good. Interior is soft and the hood lays well.
