Bought this fan for my daughter's bedroom. The moment we plugged it in - there was a strong toxic smell coming from that family - I told my daughter to let it run for a while hoping the smell would go away. After about 30 minutes she came into the kitchen and told me the smell was still there, I went back to her room and almost passed out! I immediately opened the door and windows, told my daughter to run out of her room and turn off the fan! The smell was overwhelming and toxic, after 2 days I still have a headache. UPS came to pick up yesterday, couldn't get back fast enough!
