My cats love it! When I first put it on, my "problem child" was in the round tube and her cat brother was on top. Both love the scratching post - I think its height made it more appealing for my big wagon than the old one we had - it can really stretch out on this one. I used catnip spray to let them know it was theirs and they loved it! I recently ordered 2 more Pet Fusion items and in between they saved my new furniture because they seem to be a lot more fun than breaking my new chairs. Yes! All products have been good and seem to be holding up well even with 2 large cats crushing them many times a day. The only downside to this is that the hose seems a little flimsy and the hole was torn when reassembling. I used a very large washer which I had to reinforce, but it would be nice if it was of a stronger material. This tower looks good in the cave which is a plus - very happy with this purchase!
